Rusko Clocks Control

Control based around Rusko and Midnight Clock. Control heavy — keep the field clear while letting Midnight Clock tick up while Teferi is on the field also cranking up for ultimate. If you can clear his emblem, every Clock activation is going to wipe 7 cards off your opponent\’s field. Doesn\’t rely on Rusko for a win, but he helps speed up Clocks and is distracting. 

Keep your opponent from doing much solutioning with Ashiok and Narset out. Keep the field clear with removal and easy early snipes. Esper Sentinels on turn one if possible to keep speed moving. If you can drop Oracle of the Alpha and Clock into any of the Power 9 you start to speed up even more. Use Kaya and Ashiok to hose reanimator stuff, and eventually if you want — ult Kaya after removing a lot of the opponent\’s stuff for a potential win-con. Authority of the Consuls helps slow Elves, Izzet Wizards, and Mono-Red. 

Deck can be very oppressive. Does sometimes struggle against other control decks. Can be overrun in the early game if defenses aren\’t up. Played roughly 80 games to hit Mythic with it and it won a significant amount, or enough to hit Mythic. You do the math.
