We recently had the B&R announcement which unfortunately didn't hit Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord in Historic, and although the Counterspell unban has resulted in some experimentation, I very much see the format continuing to be dominated by various Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord variants. Since we're seemingly stuck with Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord for a while, my focus has turned to figuring out decks that have a good matchup against Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord whilst still having a strong proactive gameplan...
