Best Dominaria United Cards and Decks for Standard

Dominaria United is looking like a super interesting set to play with - the Kicker mechanic in particular has several cards that appear constructed playable to me. In today's article, I'll list what I believe are the eight (or nine) best cards in the set for Standard, and I will provide some starting deck lists for each of them. Keep in mind that the set is not out yet so these lists are all speculative and unlikely to be optimized, but they are the starting points I will be trying as I try to figure out the format.
