July 9 – Scheduled Maintenance – 1.09.01 Game Update

MTG Arena will be undergoing maintenance starting July 9, at 9 AM PT (16:00 UTC) and is expected to last about one hour to deploy the 1.09.01 game update. There has been some issues with the client’s performance since the Core Set 2021 update, such as the black screen and prolonged loading times that will hopefully be addressed in this patch.

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on July 09 at approximately 9 a.m. PT (16:00 UTC) to deploy the 1.09.01 game update. Maintenance is expected to last approximately one hour.
While no downtime is expected, this is a required update. Players who are logged in prior to the start of maintenance will be required to restart their client to download the patch.
Patch notes will be available once maintenance is complete.
