Expansions Coming in 2021

- Kaldheim – Q1 2021
A plane inspired by Viking culture and mythos.
- Strixhaven: School of Mages – Q2 2021
An expansion themed around Strixhave, ‘the most elite University in the multiverse’, where five schools of magic clash and compete with each other.
- Adventures in the Forgotten Realms – Q3 2021
The first-ever Dungeons & Dragons-themed Magic set. It releases in place of what would be a Core Set.
- Innistrad: Werewolves; Innistrad: Vampires – Q4 2021
Magic returnes to a plane that is definitely a fan-favourite: Innistrad! Two full-size sets will be released in the end of 2021, the first set one will feature Werewolves, and the second will focus on Vampires.
It was also announced that Modern Horizons 2 and Time Spiral Remastered will be released in 2021 – however, there was no official confirmation if these sets will be released on Arena. Still, it would be a good guess to say that Time Spiral Remastered will eventually be Historic legal on Arena.
Magic Arena on Mobile
It was officially announced that Magic Arena will be released for mobile devices soon. No concrete ETA was confirmed.
