Chromatic Start Standard – Midweek Magic Event Guide

Hey everyone! I am, once again, reporting for Midweek Magic duty. At least I didn’t lower myself to a doody comment. Even my love of Dad jokes wouldn’t let me stoop so low. While we’re on the subject of doody, that’s how it feels trying to write one of these when we have zero actual information about the format.

We know that it’s called Chromatic Start Standard. From that I can gather that it is Standard, but beyond that we’re all left clueless. I have no clue if it’s preconstructed decks or if I have to build them. I also have no clue about the stipulation that it follows.

What that all means is that I will be frantically trying to sort things out the moment that the event goes live. I’ll be adding updates as fast as I can so please be patient as I’ll do what I can to get it up ASAP.

UPDATE: It is just regular standard except that everyone starts off the game with a Chromatic Star in play. I’ve added a selection of Standard decks to choose from below. May your beats be quick and painful for the opposition.
