Hey everyone! If I’m sitting here writing this article, that means that one of only a few different possibilities has happened. I’m pretty sure that the zombie apocalypse hasn’t kicked off (yet…), so that leaves the possibility that it is time for another Midweek Magic. Which is cool and all, but no zombie apocalypse.
This week the event will be Standard Deck Duel. That means you will have the opportunity to take some prebuilt standard decks for a spin. That puts everyone on equal ground and I don’t even have to make any deck lists for this. That also means that your wildcards are safe this week. Now that’s something to be thankful for. (See what I did there?)
With that said, all I need to do is drop some event info for you and let you get on with laying some beats.

The latest set of Standard cards is here, and it’s time to hit the laboratory! We’ve arranged a few sample decks that will get you off and running—give them a try, and you just might find the seed for your next deck masterpiece!
