Bladewing_the_Risen

Welcome to this month’s Brawlers’ Guildhall! The usual Wednesday Brawl queue will be wrapping up soon but not to worry – we have some updates to Brawl for you today if you missed it, as well as some new decklists for you to try. Remember, you can go straight to our Brawl deck section to browse all our decks.

Brawlers’ Guildhall – March 2020

Brawlers' Guildhall March 2020

This month’s Brawlers’ Guildhall event is available from March 19, 2020 8 AM PT until April 16, 2020 12 PM PT (19:00 UTC) but this time with no entry fee! That means unlimited Brawl until the release of Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths, making Wednesday Brawl practically obsolete and even a free Bladewing the Risen card for everyone! This month’s new Commander is the iconic multicolored Dragon, especially good for Historic Brawl where we have a bit more flexibility in terms of card selection.

Also remember that Golos, Tireless Pilgrim is banned from all Brawl formats as of March 12, joining Oko, Thief of Crowns and Sorcerous Spyglass in the banlist. Read announcement here.

Historic Brawl Wrap Up

Speaking of Historic Brawl, last week’s Festival of the Gods event looked like it was a massive success. Many players enjoyed the larger card pool available to build some fun themed decks, from Pirates, Defenders, Dinosaurs and more! We hope MTG Arena will continue to support it as an official format alongside regular Brawl in the future as more sets being added with make the format better.

In the meantime, you can still visit our Historic Brawl section, grab a deck, and duel with your friends via Direct Challenge. Why not join our Discord and challenge fellow Brawlers for a match?

MTG Arena Brawl Decks of the Week

We have new Brawl decks for you to try this week by sidetraK (Twitch), who was responsible for all of our Historic Brawl decks last week. We hope you enjoy them!
