We’re deep into previous season for Innistrad: Crimson Vow, the upcoming Magic set that will be released on Arena one week from tomorrow on November 11! This week’s MTG Arena Announcements has some info about the preorder bundles, now live, and a couple of other events that will be coming up on the client. Below, we’ll provide you with a quick rundown on everything from this week’s bulletin.
Two new sleeves are available through the preorder bundles.
Crimson Vow Preorder Bundles
Last week, the announcements detailed the contents of both preorder bundles: the Pack Bundle, which is intended for Constructed players and includes fifty boosters, and the Play Bundle, which includes four total draft tokens and the new blood bat pet. Both bundles are available for pre-purchase now. Click here to see the details.
Crafter’s Challenge Event Coming November 5
Also in today’s bulletin is the announcement of a new All Access event coming to Arena this weekend from November 5-8. In this event, players will be able to play any Standard-legal deck even if they don’t have the cards in their collection. The entry fee will be 2,000 gems, and players will compete in best-of-one matches playing until seven wins or three losses.
Prizes include lots of wildcards in addition to the gem rewards. See below for the full reward structure:
As detailed in last week’s announcements, two special drafts will be coming to MTGA for a limited time. Ravnica Mixer, running from October 29-November 5, is going on now and involves drafting one pack each of Guilds of Ravnica, Ravnica Allegiance, and War of the Spark.
Then, starting on the 5th and running to November 12, Premier Draft: Core Sets will apply the same concept to the three most recent core sets. Players will draft one pack each of Core Set 2019, Core Set 2020, and Core Set 2021.
That’s just about everything from today’s announcements. Tomorrow, Wizards will be publishing their monthly State of the Game article, so we’ll be back then with full coverage. In addition, spoilers continue for Crimson Vow, so be sure to stay up-to-date with our spoilers page and don’t forget about our Daily Roundups.
