Hey everyone! I know we’re all gearing up for the holiday season, but there’s still plenty of Magic to be played (especially for those of you who get a break this time of year). Pioneer Masters recently hit on Arena and they want to feature it Brawl style with this week’s Midweek Magic.
The list of available commanders includes every legendary creature and planeswalker from Pioneer Masters. I’ve got some decks ready to go for you to crush some dreams and collect those rares. Of course, I have the usual budget slime deck to make sure that you don’t have to spend too much to get there.

Choose one of our Pioneer Masters commanders and build a 100-card Brawl deck using any cards in MTG Arena (excluding those on the Brawl banned list)! Select the list below to see all the commanders you can use in this event.

Ends After: You can play as much as you like for the duration of the event.
The same concept as the Ragavan version of Brawl. Play aggressive creatures and burn to win with a swiftness. This is the “I’m just trying to get my wins and get out of here” plan.
Gideon and all of the rest of the crazy humans are getting rowdy all over people’s faces. There are multiple Glorious Anthem effects to make sure that they can hang with whatever your opponent has going on.
Your pretty typical Azorius control deck using Narset Transcendent for some card advantage. It also lets you abuse its minus ability with Time Warp or Temporal Manipulation to make your opponent decide to go do literally anything else.
Don’t want to spend many wildcards on this? Then you know what time it is. That’s right, it’s slime time. The commander doesn’t really matter here, it might occasionally do something when you run out of gas. That means you can replace it with any of the other eligible green ones if you already have them in your collection.
