Standard Hidden Gems deck

Code here fellas, I’ve looking for cheap ways to rank in higher as of now I entered Mythic Standard top 5%, and there’s ton of option to look through, I want to delve into some originals despite every Meta deck we know of, you know, the usual suspects we ran through, looking through the Deck Database hidden gems:

Mech Control

using mainly Riptide Gearhulk as both offense and defense dispatching removal effect to the top third card of library geared with Double Strike and Prowess, by two attacks this thing goes through with 2 or 3 spells per turn and its over, and plenty of counterspell to protect the Gearhulk.

Bant Poison – Georges Lucianaz

This deck already featured in an article but we often don’t get to match up against a bant poison deck, fairly straight down strategy to become a poison delivery machine with venerated rotpriest either protect or be a threat Skrelv, Defector Mite. An plenty of power up spell combinations to protect your creatures and end the match timely before any threat shows up.

Turbo Fog Azorious

Turbo Fog is alive and real, I personally drive this deck, its all about stalling the game until Stormchaser's Talent hits the last level, and Eerie interference protecting you to victory, it might a blessing or a curse but the only copy of Scrawling Crawler was almost always present.

Leyline Mono Red

Leyline Axe for a cheap early entry as almost all leyline effects, cheap hastily creatures barging in for the early attack and early win.

Blood Lotus

Impressive idea, to have Radiant Lotus properly cast Valgavoth, terror Eater, discard your heart’s desire with Collector's Vault and Monument to Endurance, and tiny bit of early control to survive the matchup enough.

Grixis Coalstoke

Coalstoke Gearhulk let’s you reanimate a 4 CMC creature, by reviving clone creatures will target Coalstoke again and repeat the process, once in the field and cloning out 4 times your graveyard and haste to a single turn win.

Tiburones

Discard Shark, this deck focuses on discarding with these creatures in play for power up effects and devastating attacks next turn.

Final Thoughts

Striding from the usual enchant suspects the Selesnya overlords are heavily present in much of the metagame by now or either red mice for early attacks, surprise Omniscience turn 4, I wanted to showcase these decks for a chance to stirr up the metagame a little.
