Core Set Mastery

Core Set Mastery was made available with the release of Core Set 2020 and 0.16.00.00 game update on July 2, 2019. The Mastery is set to expire on September 24, 2019 4 a.m. PT (11 a.m. UTC), the same day the next set, Throne of Eldraine is released.

Core Set Mastery XP

• July 2 0.16.00.00 game update, players could earn Mastery XP (1000 XP = 1 level) via Daily Quests and Daily Wins – for a total of 1000 XP per day and 7000 XP per week.
• With the July 10 0.16.01.00 game update, players now earn 500 XP from Daily Quests per day, and 3750 XP from Weekly Wins per week. This gives a daily total of slightly over 1000 XP and a total of 7250 XP per week.
• Codes: Free codes were made available for Core Set Mastery XP:
  • BroughtBack: 2000 XP
  • LevelUp: 2000 XP
  • FiveBonusLevels: 5000 XP (from September 21 to September 25 12:00 AM UTC)
• Plane-cation Chronicles Events: 1000 XP per week for five weeks, 5000 XP total.
• Standard 2020 Events: A free entry constructed event awarding a set amount of XP per win.

Core Set Mastery Reward Track

Below are the distribution of rewards you get for each Mastery level you progress. All players have access to the standard Mastery rewards on the second column. The Mastery Pass must be purchased for 3400 Gems (or 5400 Gems with 10 additional levels) to get rewards from the third column (they can be earned retroactively).
