Midweek Magic

Midweek Magic events on MTG Arena run every week from Tuesday 2 PM PST to Thursday 2 PM PST. The format changes each week, and players can enter the event for free, win some 2 Rare Individual Card Rewards (ICRs) and a random cosmetic item on the third win.

  • July 2–4: Momir
    Use the emblem, discard a card, and pay X to create a token copy of a random creature with mana value X. Every turn in a surprise!
  • July 9–11: Historic Chimil
    Bring a 60-card Historic deck to an event featuring Chimil, the Inner Sun as an emblem. At the end of each of your turns, discover a spell with cost 6 or lower—what a bargain!
  • July 16–18: Explorer Showcase
    Take an Explorer preconstructed deck out for a spin to see if you find a new favorite. Change decks as much as you like!
  • July 23–25: Modern Horizons 3 Phantom Bot Draft*
    Select one card at a time from rotating draft packs against AI with no waiting and no pick timers. Add basic lands to make a 40-card deck and play against others as much as you want.
  • July 30–August 1: Jump Into Bloomburrow*
    Select two half-decks packs from a variety of themes in Alchemy. Combine them, and you’ll have a deck that’s ready to go! Unlike regular Jump In!, this is a Phantom event so cards aren’t added to your collection.
  • August 6–8: Bloomburrow Constructed
